Pros

Being your in constant motion and on your feet this is a great way to lose weight. Normally your not carrying more than 2 pounds at a time. The job is pretty easy but requires focus as mistakes must be far and few. Good benefits (401k, Health benefits, etc) Job normally does not become boring as the better you do you are certified in other job facets. Normally there isnt a slow day you are kept busy. Schedules are available for nights and weekends. Nights pay a 18% bonus which makes a heck of a difference. OT is provided constantly sometimes with double time pay for the whole shift. They do cover 5k for college as long as it has to do with current occupation

Cons

The pay for the pain of standing and constantly moving could be better. Being there are a number of older people you really must deal with people telling you how to do things. I would primarily focus on what your trainer has taught you. At times being a lot of people are over 50 they sometimes have a temper. Younger crowds are here but they tend to quit very quickly.

Pros

There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Cons

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
