Pros
Work 12 hour shifts, so get 3 and 4 day weekends. Benefits and culture are improving sense Microchip took over the Atmel Site.
Cons
Have to be hired through a temp agency. Can take over a year to be hired on by Microchip from the temp agency. Local Management (mostly the direct supervisor level) have an attitude that you can be easily replaced, so they don't have much compassion for people.
