Stability! I don't know that they ever have layoffs Debt-free! They aren't going anywhere. Lots of perks! Profit-sharing, quarterly bonuses, 401k, encouragement to move up in company, free on-site Physician Assistant, AMAZING health insurance,
Cons
Used to pay double time and triple time. Bonuses have shrunk over years Employee satisfaction has steadily declined No raises for 5+ years 401k match is nearly non-existent
