      Nice approach Really super brainchild initiative Employee friendly initiative

      Misused by employees , efficiency is in question, Some of the employee are black mailing their managers difficult situation for long run, If it is a charitable organisation then it is okey to adopt this initiation blindly. Real impartial judgement is not on place
