      stable business, comfortable working pace...can be a bit to slow.

      Terrible company culture in China org. Senior executives work like entry level supervisors. No room for growth for young peole.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
