      -They don't have a good professional career plan. -Don't have good salaries. -They don't have good managers, most of all came from the operation, they know the job but they don't know manage people.

      Good people, and benefits. Very dependable company

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
