Pros
Big company. If you would like to root in the manufacturing industrial, this would be a fair start. Everything is standardized, makes life easier. They literally take care the career development of their employee.
Cons
Compared to other big companies, the salary is a little bit lower at the beginning. The management system seems sort of old school there.
