Annual compensation, colleagues are very nice and teamplayers, you can count on them.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments, no support from managers, system with low performance, not enough resources. Equipment cannot process big amount of data. Too much manual work. Analysis of what Oracle didn't booked after running processes and manually uplod them in Oracle.
