You’re given the flexibility to manage your time, and as long as you’re meeting your deadlines and being dependable, you’re fully supported. As a parent of two, I deeply appreciated how understanding the company was when life happened — doctor’s appointments, family needs, or just the daily juggle — it was never an issue. Leadership is transparent and communicative. Weekly all-hands calls celebrate team wins, and recognition is built into the culture through regular awards and shoutouts. There are also monthly check-ins and structured reviews that help you reflect on your progress and feel seen. Most of all, you’re never alone in your work — this team works together. Even during busy seasons, you’re part of a collaborative and communicative environment that makes even the hardest days manageable.

Decent pay and benefits for the industry. Some really good people.

No direction from management other than "why did you do this thing this way instead of the way I would do it." More focused on your Teams status than your actual workload. Big decisions, including termination, come with no notice and no reason given other than "because we can."
