The supervisors need to be trained more on professionalism in the workplace..looks like a great place to work once you get out of training it all changes headaches,stress & no one knows the right answer to anything in the customer service dept

Collaborative and supportive work environment. Leadership is approachable and focused on improving member experience. Strong mission serving the community makes the work meaningful. Good work-life balance and helpful training resources. Opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.
Cons
Some internal processes can be slow due to regulatory requirements. Communication between departments can occasionally be improved. Workload can increase during peak enrollment periods, but teams support each other.

Hybrid, good benefits, salary is ok. The company is actively working to improve operational processes.
Cons
Hybrid is not guaranteed.
Fully remote options not available for most positions.
Not many opportunities for advancement depending on the department.
