      Pros

      You can access to higher position quicly if the seniors approve you and you fit the mold

      Cons

      No internal culture. You'll never meet with other division staff. They force you to work on Saturday's. Can't take 2 weeks off straight. No performance bonuses. Management is way too serious and stressed all the time.

      Hours were always available, multiple shifts and locations, shift bonuses if you complete the requirements, in house school
