No pros, everything sucks and I've worked there for more than 7 years

No employee discounts or promos No weekends (2 days off in a row), you need to be in everyday or have a day off here or there They really try hiding the fact that you're allowed to take a single Saturday or Sunday once you've worked it for 3 weeks but otherwise you're discouraged
