I liked a lot of my non management co-workers. That was until they let them all go one by one for having opinions that differed from their “culture.”
Cons
Micromanagers that don’t give you any real feedback. Lots of politics and kissing up involved if you want to get any where. An HR team that doesn’t address multiple documented complaints of harassment. Just trust me on this, if you don’t get along with your manager here, just leave. They will never do a thing about it other than make it so unbearable that you have to leave. Or, they will make up fake stories of how you didn’t do your job and let you go. Please keep your sanity and stay away from this company. If anything at all, make sure you stay far away from the upper management at HO. They are slimy!
