Experience with company can differ depending on management. Sumner is amazing, haven’t heard great things about other branches around the US.
Promotions are few and far between, especially if you’re administration.
Salaries could be better, especially outside of sales.
They preach DEI but the action doesn’t match the words.
Once the economy started to get dicey upper management kept a lot of people in the dark on their next moves, then the lay offs started.
