Pros

Decent Pay, Decent benefits but costly, room for advancement if you are willing to move, Monday - Friday, no Holidays.

Cons

Be prepared to work many hours during the week, long, long hours to get the many flavor of the month projects completed. Company shifts focus and leadership too often. Profit sharing program is sold to you as a big part of your income, but somehow the amount is never what is it hyped up to be.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how things are going. We agree that there needs to be a continued focus on enhancing our employees’ experience at work, and our executive team is committed to ensuring that we put our people first. To date, in 2018, more than 80% of our open roles have been filled from within, we are completing compensation and benefit surveys to ensure that we deliver competitive compensation and will continue to seek input through employee surveys. Your working environment is important to us, and we would like to partner with you to ensure that you are getting the most out of your time with Metrie. If you’ve already talked with your leader about these concerns and feel that improvements haven’t been made, we encourage you to reach out to a member of the HR team.

Pros

Flexible with work/home balance My management was amazing Good place to gain experience Professional growth encouraged

Cons

Experience with company can differ depending on management. Sumner is amazing, haven’t heard great things about other branches around the US. Promotions are few and far between, especially if you’re administration. Salaries could be better, especially outside of sales. They preach DEI but the action doesn’t match the words. Once the economy started to get dicey upper management kept a lot of people in the dark on their next moves, then the lay offs started.
