Opportunity, opportunity, opportunity...you will not find a shop with the level of production, number of clients, etc., we have that will afford you the growth opportunity that they have at Method 3. They simply do not exist in Harrisburg. From a day-to-day standpoint, you are given all the tools necessary to do your job, and are given the trust to get your job done without someone looking over your shoulder. As someone who has been a recruiter for a long time, I can tell you that if you are looking for a company who can provide you with a career path, a skillset that will allow you to be successful in all future endeavors, than Method 3 is your place. If you want proof, then get on LinkedIn and see how far some of our previous employees have climbed. If you are looking for a place to gossip, stir up trouble, and work as little as possible, then McDonalds is across the street. Method 3 has an unheard of focus on work-life balance, and the benefits & PDO are great. Everyone that works with me enjoys coming in to work every day and looks forward to the challenges and opportunities for growth.
Cons
Continued growth in local branding. As a small-mid sized company, management can not be everywhere all the time, and must continue making strides to be influential in employee relations, whether its recognizing outstanding performance from a great employee, or knowing when it's time to move on from a disgruntled employee.
