The ratio of people who have been laid off is high. The amount of people who have willingly left is higher. The management, and president included, are hardly ever in the office. This physical absence has contributed to the ignorance of what is actually going on to accelerate the companies demise. Have annual bonuses, give employees performance reviews, make them feel valued and respected. Do not scare your employees into being able to talk to you. Most of us were/are uneasy about approaching management about the simplest of things.
