Wouldn't advise anyone I know to take a job there. If you have any integrity at all they'll run you off. HR retaliates heavily. The heavily toxic culture is well known in the BR area. They put you through the ringer during the hiring process with all these evaluations and tests. But with all the unethical things that happen as part of normal business, I'm doubtful it's to actually find quality people and it is more of a dog and pony show for their shareholders. It may be to find people who will go along to get ahead though. Hiding issues is the normal mode of operation. The management in literally every department is only there to act as figureheads and has little technical understanding of their jobs. Be prepared to manage up. Corporate is well aware and doesn't care. This is part of the reason G3 had so many issues.
