I have been working at Methanex full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

An interesting company at the top of its game. Stock price is very high right now. The people really are great in my experience. They value teams and have great team building opportunities and try to be inclusive. Vacation time is also very good. Hard but fair expectations of work.

    Cons

Titles are often not aligned with someone’s body of work, seemingly deliberately. With such a wonderful importance put on mental health in the workplace, I feel like it is a big misstep that the benefits barely cover three appointments with a psychologist or social worker. There is a real campaign to reduce stigma from the company, but you can barely get help if you need it? Disappointing.
