A lot of good people work here. There is someone always willing to "help" with their own way of doing things. Good place to learn the rubber manufacturing industry.
Cons
Management is not qualified to do their job and demonstrates this on a daily basis. No communication (period), everyone does their own thing until the micro-managers have something to say, and they always do.
