      - Top notch design house. Maybe the best in Canada right now. - Best place to get introduced to product design work in Canada. - Working with amazing, very very talented designers and pms who are passionate about their jobs.

      - Leadership is not very strong, hard to trust - Company is not focused on growing their people - Not a diverse workforce
