      1. Various verticals to explore. 2. 1-1 client interactions 3. Good place to work from a L3/manager position

      1. Office politics 2. Higher stakeholder 's partialities 3. No appraisals. 4. Very low salary since Dentsu entered. 5. HR's biased to the managers 6. Not a good place to work as a L0, L1,L2. 7. Work fater 7pm and weekends. 8. Over time Work is not acknowledged at all.
