Company tries to share visions/directions but there's no clarity on how they plan to execute, anything that comes out is just lip service and will likely only be advantageous to some of the familiar folks within the management There's UNO hour that provides recognition to those who worked hard but that's pretty much about it, don't expect a promotion or pay adjustment to come right after.
