Pros

The new leadership team has been very accessible and focused on positive employee engagement and morale. This new found attention is contributing to noticeable team growth and improved client and support vendor satisfaction. Keep up the good work!!!

Cons

The new leadership team is very focused, fast paced and determined. Unfortunately the previous regime was not as committed to operational efficiency, sustainable infrastructure and team growth. Transitioning takes time and requires constant communication.

Hard to find any. Since there is a minimum word count in this section, I would advise that you skip this section and review the Cons.

Cons

Where to begin... Dysfunctional mess of a company from top to bottom. They believe that they are a top competitor in their industry, but I would be shocked if they remain operating for the next 6 months. Their management team has zero loyalty to anyone but themselves, just pushing people out so they can climb the ladder themselves. The higher you climb, however, the further you fall. The people they have in middle management, and I use the term management very loosely, couldn't punch their way out of a wet paper bag. By saying that, I mean they have no way how to perform their own duties, let alone lead a team. Their investment into technology is a completely wasted effort as most of their team has moved on, mainly because of one crazy person! When I say crazy, I do not mean that in a figurative way. I am being literal. This person has temper tantrums in meetings, has "quit" four times because they did not get their way, and, last but not least, is completely racist, literally telling a third party IT company that they "specifically said that I do not want anyone with an accent working on this project." Holy hell....I feel bad for the three of six Account Managers that are looking to escape but have not yet had an offer. God Speed...
