      Good people who want to do the right thing

      Cons

      Inexperienced CEO who will run people out and drive the company to the ground. A lot of key people have left. Matter of time before Merit implodes.

      They boast BIG things, but are very unprofessional and mismanaged inside.

      Pros

      Laid back and easy going management, but that means no accountability or oversight from anyone over you.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. No encouragement or incentive to do your job in an efficient manner. Their fleet of equipment is junk, rusted out and run down which is the main reason for poor productivity.
