      Biggest pro is I wasn’t hired here, I was hired somewhere that pays me double. KEEP LOOKING.

      Job posting doesn’t clarify that their wage is a base pay of $10/hour. Staffing was incredibly small. Prepare to be a workhorse for minimal pay. Interview process was incredibly boring and bland. All excitement I had for this position was lost after speaking with the hiring managers.

      Free coffee, offers health/vision/dental insurance, PTO, and good introduction into world of specialty coffee

      Cons

      No wage raise unless you move up, then you get a dollar raise after each year of being a shift supervisor until they cap you.
