Merit Coffee interview questions

The manager was extremely unprofessional. She made me reschedule TWICE. She completely wasted my time and had no regards toward my time. They had me commute to their original location (not the location I was going to work at) twice which was about a 30 minute drive. If I wouldn’t had emailed them, they would’ve not AT LEAST let me know about their decision. I gave them about a week and a half because they did state they’d take a while to make a decision. I emailed them asking for an update and shortly after got a rejection email. They wasted my time, the manager couldn’t even make time to show up for the interview, I had to interview with a newbie, the newbie seemed very uninterested in what I had to say even though I was saying all the right things. I was smiling and cheerful throughout the whole interview and she had a straight face and no smile at all, with a weird vibe, defeats the whole purpose of this coffee place. They also do this weird thing where they say they have the wrong number for the phone interview (wrong by one number). I’ve heard them do it to another person on here, very weird, sketchy and uncomfortable, especially because I imputed it right on the application. The interview itself made me feel uncomfortable, she didn’t even look like she knew what she was doing because she was a newbie. 2/10 would not recommend. They’ll waste your time y’all. Very unprofessional, the manager couldn’t even show up for NO interviews.

I applied online and received an email asking if I could do a phone interview a week later. After the phone interview, I was offered an in person interview the next day. She said that I should hear from her by the next Friday. When I didn't hear from her, I emailed her again. She said she "tried calling me" and sent me the phone number she used, it was one number off but that didn't make sense because she had called me before. She wanted to do another phone interview that day and then never called. It was only after I emailed her (again) that she said there was a problem with one of her employees and offered another one the following Monday. Once again, she never called, and once again, I emailed her to confirm the time. She responded that they were "no longer hiring". So unprofessional.
