Pros

Great work environment. Really caters to those seeking a satisfactory job troubleshooting random logical and physical problems. Owner genuinely cares about the employees and wants to hear their opinions. Atmosphere is laid back. Opportunities to swap between service/sales.

Cons

Some of the processes between sales/service was abrasive to me personally. I was there only 2 years and never received a personal 1 on 1 to discuss my performance. Left me with little desire to improve further with no goals to be set/obtained.

Pros

Management\Owners always have an open door. Employees get along and enjoy working together. About half of the employees have been with the company for over 8+ years. The owners reward their employees for doing a good job and want everyone to be successful and happy while at work. As of today, the company still pays for 100% of the employees health insurance and has a good 401K plan. The company is constantly growing and adding more customers at a health rate. Company provides breakfast every week and lunch the day before holidays. Owners will do everything they can to keep their customers happy.

Cons

As any smaller company, some positions are diverse and people are expected to help with other positions while someone is out sick or on vacation. Job promotions are hard to come by, but newer positions are filled with existing employees. At times, there are procedural changes put into place without discussing all of them with employees, some discussion beforehand would ease the transition.
