      Pros

      its brilliant making a difference and promoting a persons independence. seeing a person with a learning disability lead a normal and comfortable life makes my job rewarding.

      Cons

      sometimes it can be challenging. seeing someone in pain or struggle with discrimination can upset me. if it wasn't for mencap it would happen more often. it is a privilidge working for a company like mencap.

      Gratifying and worthwhile. Felt like part of the team. Was included in all parts of company. Regular reviews helped me develop.

      Cons

      Very rigid regarding hours and time off.
