Top Micro Management Big turnover and they fire people for no reason (sometimes with no compensation) Owners takes the role of managers with ZERO management skills Modern slavery in the office based in Africa with big favorism for the teams based in France (for example: first to be payed are the people working in france, the others they get payed very late or they don't) Managers never keep their promises and when things get down they always find a way to blame you (peak toxicity) Owners are big Liers and always push the team managers to pressure people while they play the innocents Owners never keeps they word Owners oversales and bluff at any given occasion to show you they are BIG Company

Absolutely nothing at all. Depressing environment. You will see your managers lie to your face every day, and they will make it seem like it's the best place on earth to work. If you care about your mental health, stay away from this company.

You'll have absolutely no liberty at all. You have 1 day per week remote work, and it's assigned to you randomly. They even ask you for the network you will be connected to so that they can track you every time you connect to a different one. You will not be trusted with anything. They will call you as soon as you are 15minutes late, they will be constantly looking at your screen. You will get depressed, angry and disappointed . Worst work experience I have ever had.
