Cons
Management assumes laid off employees are criminal or would do something criminal. As a result, they lay you off 20-30 minutes before your shift ends. Ouch! Manager clearly stated in the exit interview that this was standard practice from thier manager's. Favoritism and nepotism are also rampant in some departments.
