      Lots of friendly and knowledgeable people to help when needed.

      Cons

      Employee parking is pretty far away from the building. I understand the need to leave parking for the patients, but walking to the building in inclement weather is rough.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
