      Pros

      Memorial Health is a great place to build your career. No matter what your skill level is, Memorial Health is great at work with you to advance in your career. The management teams are wonderful and have an open-door policy, they are part of your team and listen when you have an idea or concern. The colleagues work together to make thing run smoothly and care for the patients' needs in a timely manner. There are so many Pros for working for Memorial Health. The pay and compensation are considered constantly and updated when needed.

      Cons

      Parking can be an issue. The parking lots are a little way to walk. Bring your umbrella and dress warm when you need to. There are some closer parking spots, but they are hard to get.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      None. I loved working there.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
