      Pros

      great atmosphere, understanding staff, positive attitude. environment is always welcoming. communication provided via multiple platforms.

      Cons

      fiscal management poor, recent mass furlough, resources are often changed out. often must work with limited or missing supplies, constantly changing management, and little support for nurse retention. quality indicators will be poor for a long time since tons of patients are being seen and treated for specialized care and COVID-19 within a 40-county radius.

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
