      Pros

      -Awesome pay for the two positions I worked during my tenure -Wonderful people (some awfully forgiving of mistakes-very thankful for that!)

      Cons

      -Infrastructure is half outdated; some places in the hospital were nice, others seemed straight out of a previous era -Constantly changing work areas (this could be a pro as well, but in this case not so much), sometimes tough to find things -Had a hard time cooperating with different departments (i.e - some nursing units; most were wonderful though)

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      None. I loved working there.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
