Pros
Good people and interesting products and challenges to work on
Cons
I’ve noticed a worrying pattern where people get great feedback, even “exceeds expectations” ratings or promotions, and then just a month or two later, they’re laid off. That really shows how disconnected management is and how unstable things can feel. Leadership doesn’t seem to have the technical understanding to see the value people bring every day, so they end up assuming that anyone can be easily replaced by an AI tool or some quick fix.. which just isn’t true. There’s also a toxic tone coming from top-level management.. a lack of empathy, unclear direction, and poor communication. Overall, it gives the impression that leadership is lost and the company’s priorities are off.
