Pros
It has good, but that's pretty much it.
Cons
Those who want to take the job better know you strain your back and exhaust yourself. You got to stack pallets often higher than you under twenty minutes to get a good rate. They want you to be safe but don't want you to be at your pace but thiers. The company doesn't care if you stop to clear something or help others, you are accountable. People get hurt there like every month because of how careless they are being with time being pressured on them. If you want to work here goodluck, find a second job in case they relieve you for not being productive and stay at your pace especially lifting heavy cargo. You will soon see how ridiculous the process is. Meijer will say they are sorry or how they are going change how they are working here but they won't, I heard it many times.
