Pros
The people. There were some good people I worked with. If it wasn't for them I would have quit right away. Or wouldn't have put in so much time to make the place better.
Cons
Under staffed, underage and inexperienced employees in departments where they didn’t belong (backroom with the baler fo example). Too many tasks that needed to be done by at least 6 people but you had to make do with yourself and maybe 2 others. Gm trucks were 90% loaded with unstable pallets that were never wrapped to the pallet and completely buried in merchandise making it impossible to pull them out safely without damaging anything. I can’t count the number of times I've come across pallets that had dangerous chemicals sitting on top of double stacked pallets balance like an a egg on tooth pick.
