      Pros

      Extremely flexible hours, shifts are reasonablewith good breaks.

      Cons

      Consistently understaffed. Feels like other employees always have an excuse to not show up, managers are unwilling to pursue discipline because of staffing issues.

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
