      Pros

      Made Money ($7.40 an hour, before taxes and union dues).

      Cons

      -Bad Management -Lazy union employee's -Union dues -Lots of bending and lifting heavy products Basically union has ruined the work enviroment at Meijers.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
