      Horrible Pay Unpredictable hours (different every week) Deal with customers Always understaffed Enormous pay difference between sometimes lazy management and actual workers Arrogant managers Repetitive work No such thing as holidays or weekends at Meier

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
