Cons
Wage growth is stagnant, hiring only minimum wage for team members. Virtually no training program, sink or swim for both team members and newly hired management. Lack of accountability is prevalent throughout the organization, responsibilities are often disregarded and/or left for others to fulfill. Inconsistencies in the policies and procedures. Contract language is ambiguous for union stores, and union does fight to uphold the contract language that it does have.
