      Pros

      Great Company to work for. Not as good, if you are trying to climb the company ladder. I would still reccomend this company to others.

      Cons

      No sponsership within the comapny at the store level to push you forward or to advance your career. Better sponsorship by management needed.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
