      Pros

      Decent pay for retail, weekly direct deposit, occasional cook out and free pizza. Flexible with time off. PTO for part time employees.

      Cons

      Repetitive job. Questionable management. Alot of micro management but no action on the managers side. Horrible work life balance. Insufferably ridiculous point system. Understaffed. Dead soul sucking environment. Lack of advancement. Lies about raises. Blamed for HR's poor decisions.

      Pros

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
