Terrible use of resources, seems to be anti-labor with how much they cut hours, puts in place all of these guidelines that we MUST follow, but the second a customer throws a fit, that goes out the window, cutting hours (especially around the holidays), Semi-toxic work environment (forcing us to stay after because they refuse to fully staff our night shift team), I've heard a lines lead cussing at a team lead on multiple occasions in a way that is unacceptable in the workplace.
