      Flexible and some great co workers who make the time go fast. Management has lots of ideas they like to implement

      Cons

      Need more training in certain areas and some co workers do not get reprimanded for rudeness. Low pay

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
