Pros
There really is none! If you don't play the managers game you get treated like crap. Managers have there favourite and they stick to them. He said She said everyday they are talking about other employees you are accused of wanting your leaders job.
Cons
Very Poor management. If your leader is not your so called buddy it is very hard to work there. They do not give a crap about there employees. They cut hours and stop hiring around Christmas time so they get these big bonuses while everyone else is screwed living pay check to pay check.
