      Pros

      Cannot be fired for no reason makes grocery shopping easy since I'm already there plenty of time off (tongue in cheek)

      Cons

      Crappy equipment. Flattops are falling apart. Shamrocks are dirty, smelly. Some employees get away with doing minimal work. Employees that work hard are not recognized. They just pile on more work.

      Pros

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
