      Meet new people Fairly easy job Easy job to get Atmosphere is pretty laid back Fast work pace Lower-level management is personable

      Stressful Store director isn't personable Pay is minimum Raises are not based on performance but on number of hours worked Kept past scheduled time Does a poor job of injury compensation

      Great leadership and atmosphere to be a part of. The job always has something new to offer every day so it is very engaging.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
