      Pros

      The people I worked with were and still are wonderful! I stayed two years longer than anticipated, because of the other team members.

      Cons

      Management DOES NOT even take in consideration suggestions of better/more efficient work ideas. The turn over is incredible. No reward for employees that have been there from the beginning.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
